RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES

Salt Of The Earth products are guaranteed for life. We are wholly confident in the excellence of our People, Goods, and Business practices and aspire for you to share this confidence too. If at any time you feel we have not exceeded your expectations, please let us make it right for you. We will repair, replace, or refund any purchase that does not meet this standard. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us in new, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging, and we will happily accept a return and timely process a refund or issue store credit.

RETURNS

Returns are always free. If you would like to process a return or exchange, pleas email us at: Contact@SaltOfTheEarthUSA.com. Once you receive your prepaid shipping label, print and attach it to your package. You can schedule a free UPS Pickup or drop off the package at a UPS Location nearest you. Alternatively, you may also choose to ship your items back using a carrier of your choice, using a service with tracking and insurance. 

Once your package is received, you will be notified by email that your refund has been processed. Refunds are generally processed within 5 to 10 business days.

EXCHANGES

Need a new size or color? The fastest way to process your exchange is to email us direct at Contact@SaltOfTheEarthUSA.com. We will place the new order on your credit card and provide you with a prepaid UPS shipping label for the return items.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Please note that prepaid return shipping labels are not available for purchases made outside the United States. Using a shipping service of your choice, please return the product in its original packaging to the address below. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking & insurance.
